The Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and go‑backs.
• Process merchandise to be floor‑ready and maintain the back room and under‑stock to brand standards.
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is available for purchase.
• Assist with other projects as needed, including markdowns, re‑tickets, and the mark‑out‑of‑stock process.
• Execute floorset proficiently and understand and adhere to brand standards.
• Assist with maintenance of back room and under‑stock, ensuring merchandise and non‑merchandise are ready for efficient replenishment.

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
