Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology, 10‑mile travel within 90 miles average, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday, no weekend required. Join 2020 Companies to represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP, completing various in‑store tasks such as installing, updating, and repairing sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, update, and repair sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives.
  • Perform buildouts, resets, and commerce‑related repairs.
  • Maintain and update displays in accordance with planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure full functionality of displays and fixtures.
  • Communicate consistently with field services management and keep availability updated within 24hours of contact.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates; accept and schedule assignments within 48hours of receipt.
  • Fill out required forms, images, and surveys before leaving a job site.
  • Use mobile applications for task completion, photo upload, and time tracking.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people.
  • Provide solution feedback and assist other team members as needed.
  • Adhere to timelines associated with accurate time‑card submission and daily anomaly reporting.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; complete training and certification programs.
  • Become available for weekend assignments and occasional early‑morning or holiday work as required.
Schedule & Travel
  • Travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
  • Flexible assignment schedule; minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within any rolling 30‑day period.
  • Early‑morning and late‑night availability as needed.

Qualifications
  • Eligibility & Availability
    • Must be 18 years or older (insurance requirements).
    • Authorized to work in the United States.
    • Flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed.
    • Early‑morning and late‑night availability as required.
    • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within any rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical Abilities
    • Climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height.
    • Safely lift and carry up to 60lbs.
    • Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle, grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Communication & Technology
    • Effective communication via phone, text, and email to coordinate tasks.
    • Use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo upload, data capture, and application usage.
    • Own an Android or Apple mobile device capable of uploading photos and data.
    • Navigate various communication platforms and applications independently.
  • Education & Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
    • Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
    • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
    • Ability to follow Planogram (POG) directives.
  • Training & Development
    • Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
    • Participate in training and certification programs as required.
  • Transportation & Travel
    • Require reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 90miles from home per assignment.
  • Leadership & Communication
    • Strong leadership skills, professional communication, and presentation skills.
    • Capacity to make sound decisions, exercise good judgment, and problem‑solve effectively.
    • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
