Ensures club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed and informing members when products are unavailable; offering alternative product options when needed;
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs and assisting with purchasing decisions;
Maintains safety and cleanliness of the facility and parking lot, including organizing and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds;
Assists members with transporting items and loading vehicles;
Promotes the company's products and services and resolves member issues and concerns.
