Summary

Lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team at the RH Outlet in Clearwater to drive sales, margin, and extraordinary customer experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, maintain elevated brand standards, and develop team members to exceed goals.

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and coach Team Members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interaction standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
