Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; guide and assist with self-service technology; help with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; resolve member issues;
Maintain safety of the facility through safety sweeps and adherence to procedures;
Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation including zoning, stocking, displays, pricing, and addressing shrink;
Monitor product quality, rotation, recalls, and sanitation per policies;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to complete tasks and adapt to change.
