Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers find flattering outfits, coordinating accessories, and creating a welcoming in-store experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling assistance.

Help customers coordinate outfits and accessories that reflect the Patchington lifestyle and brand aesthetic.

Build strong relationships with customers and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Maintain store appearance through merchandising, restocking, and organizing displays.

Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking new merchandise.

Stay knowledgeable about current products, seasonal collections, and promotions.

Support store events such as fashion shows, trunk shows, and community initiatives when applicable.

Achieve individual and team sales goals while contributing to overall store success.

Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.

Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers feel confident.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light merchandising tasks.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
