Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will contact homeowners who previously received estimates but did not move forward, re-establish relationships, overcome objections, and close deals. You’ll play a critical role in maximizing our sales opportunities and ensuring that no lead is left behind.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage with customers who received prior estimates or sales presentations
• Build rapport and address concerns or objections with confidence
• Educate customers on Roll Shield’s full line of hurricane shutters, impact windows, doors, sunrooms, and screen rooms
• Follow up consistently via phone, email, and text to convert undecided prospects into satisfied clients
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and progress
• Collaborate with the sales and installation teams for smooth project handoff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer retention preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable handling objections and turning “no” into “yes”
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to close deals
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to earn
