Clearwater positions open to candidates located in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities- Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services
- Identify and close net new customers in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain a pipeline by developing and managing relationships with prospects
- Forecast new business prospects that lead to strong client relationships and sales
- Identify key decision makers and qualify new opportunities within targeted markets through cold calling, networking, and prospecting
- Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products and how they improve the customer’s security awareness training and overall security
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and targets
- Promote products and services at trade shows as requested
- Follow up on marketing leads to generate new opportunities and pipeline
- Offer or negotiate discounts in line with policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records for customer calls, emails, notes, tasks, and demos in accordance with policy
- Proven track record in sales
- 1-3 years selling software to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) a plus
- Familiarity with standard IT security concepts and practices
- Experience with Salesforce and Gmail
- Network or Security+ preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Motivated, energetic self-starter
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
