Average Weekly Pay: $700–$2,500 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | No Weekends Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (paid after 60 days)

• Selling energy deregulation programs to both residential and commercial customers
• Presenting unique ESCO-owned offers with clear added value
• Conducting outbound calls in a structured and professional call center atmosphere
• Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintaining detailed records and adhering to campaign protocols

• Prior telesales experience in the energy sector is REQUIRED
• Demonstrated ability to close sales in a call center environment
• Strong communication and objection management skills
• Dependable attendance and a professional demeanor
• Desire to achieve personal goals and grow with a developing company
