Salary: $65k - $70k Salary + Uncapped Commissions & Company Vehicle
The Outside Beverage Distributor Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business clients and strengthening relationships with existing accounts across the beverage, hospitality, and retail sectors. This role focuses on strategic territory management, consultative selling, and market expansion within the Tampa Bay region. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated sales professional with a strong track record of achieving targets and building long‑term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement effective distributor sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs. Identify, engage, and secure new business clients through networking, prospecting, and relationship‑building efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting product value and differentiation.
Market & Territory ManagementConduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging beverage industry trends. Manage an assigned sales territory efficiently, maximizing opportunities and ensuring strong market coverage. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and responsiveness.
Systems & Operational ExecutionUtilize ERP systems for order processing and inventory management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity within CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Team CollaborationContribute to team goals by sharing insights, strategies, and market intelligence. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications- Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience (copier sales experience preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems for order processing and inventory management (required).
- Proficiency in CRM software; experience with Badger Mapping highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory effectively through strong organization and strategic planning.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reliable transportation and strong follow‑up skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
