YourMission
As a SaaS Sales Representative at Postcard Mania, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will:
- Take inbound leads and turn them into long-term clients.
- Proactively generate your own leads and build a strong pipeline.
- Sell over the phone, guiding prospects through the sales process with confidence.
- Work with software-based companies (CRMs, marketing platforms, data companies, and automation tools) that can resell our direct mail API and fulfillment services to their own clients.
- Full-time in-office position
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch
- Paid training
- Uncapped commission — successful closers earn $100,000–$200,000 per year
- $28.84 per hour base pay
- No ceiling on income for top performers
- Experience selling over the phone is a plus, but not required.
- Software sales experience or a tech background is a plus, but not required.
- Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and able to have a conversation with anyone.
- No fear of technology — comfortable using software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively without stress.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Persistent and able to overcome obstacles and barriers.
- Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed.
