The Entry Level Sales Representative acts as pre-sales support, qualifying leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel. The role researches potential customers, connects with and educates prospects on KnowBe4 product offerings, and qualifies leads before passing them to the sales team. The primary focus is to turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to execute inbound lead generation campaigns.

The individual tracks qualification and lead management activity in  and Salesloft.

• Identify and qualify prospective customers for KnowBe4 products and services
• Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads
• Develop and implement outbound prospecting to engage prospective buyers
• Respond to, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to inform strategic sales approaches
• Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan with emails and calls
• Track qualification and lead management activity in
• Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification data in  and Salesloft
• Provide in-depth information to regional sales teams to enable productive demos

• Familiarity with standard IT security concepts is a plus
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Persistent and able to leave engaging messages
• Highly organized and results-oriented
