Our Sales Representative has a typical closing ratio above 50% for all in-home estimates.

Job Description

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to promote and sell our surface refinishing services to residential and commercial clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Sales training and development opportunities
