We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving individual to step into a Sales Assistant role supporting one of our Senior Consultants. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, communicates confidently, and wants to experience growth from being immersed in this vital part of the company.
You don’t need prior sales experience, but you do need strong presence, problem‑solving abilities, high follow‑through, and the ability to handle multiple moving pieces without skipping a beat.
What You’ll DoYou’ll act as a key extension of the Senior Consultant, helping keep their focus on selling while you manage critical support and follow‑up.
- Manage daily admin, task tracking, and CRM updates to keep operations organized and moving.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and re‑engage missed opportunities.
- Handle communication with active jobs, including coordinating with internal teams and resolving production‑related issues.
- Support client communication by addressing concerns, tracking feedback, and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Assist with quotes, order processing, and payment collection.
- Maintain consistent outreach through calls, emails, and pipeline follow‑ups.
In-Office | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay$15.00/hr plus bonuses (earn approximately $950/week consistently)

You’ll start by owning the support side of the role and gradually take on more responsibility as you build skill, confidence, and product knowledge.
