Location:

Clearwater, Florida - 4 days onsite

Compensation: 45k base (70k on target earnings)

We’re working with a fast-growing, global software company that develops solutions used by organisations worldwide to improve how they manage risk, compliance, and security. With a strong presence in the market and continued investment in growth, they’re expanding their commercial team.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll support the early stages of the sales process by identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying interest, and generating opportunities for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales within a modern, product‑led environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, Linked In) to engage new prospects
  • Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries
  • Communicate how the company’s software solutions can support client needs
  • Work closely with sales and marketing on campaigns and targeting
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Build and execute structured prospecting plans
  • Generate a volume of qualified opportunities
  • Convert leads into sales meetings/demos
  • Contribute to pipeline growth
  • Maintain consistent activity against outreach targets
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and prospecting
  • Resilient and persistent approach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
  • Interest in working within a software/technology environment
