Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Development Representative, develop the skills to research potential clients and present a personalized and valuable presentation of the Team Viewer offering.
  • Outreach through strategic calling, emails, and/or social networking to schedule demos for the Account Executive.
  • Grow your book of business by proactively generating new qualified leads.
  • Identify, connect with, qualify, sort, and track leads.
  • Hustle to achieve and exceed core metrics, quotas, and KPIs as set by your manager, such as daily cold calls and emails.
  • Display exceptional prospecting using consultative phone skills, including articulating value, inspiring confidence, influencing, overcoming objections, and remaining resilient.
  • Utilize Salesforce to document activities, keep contact information updated, forecast opportunities, and communicate prospect details.
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with Account Executives across North America.
  • Learn from Sales Leadership and apply selling and influencing skills for pre-qualification.
  • Influence the sales process and enhance current capabilities based on discovery learnings.
  • Prepare prospective calls with company background research and relevant lead information.
Qualifications
  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Comfortable prospecting and delivering short sales pitches and high-level demos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Experience in technology or software sales support, outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration; track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing segment and achieve targets.
  • Driven, high-energy mindset with an inquisitive mind and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be intrinsically motivated.
  • Past SaaS sales experience preferred, though not required.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
