Insurance Producer, Business Insurance

• Develop a comprehensive prospecting plan, including targets and methodology for developing prospects into clients specifically related to Business Insurance.
• Network with centers of influence to develop new opportunities.
• Deliver MMA’s value proposition for each opportunity and align the Agency’s resources and capabilities.
• Leverage referral and targeted introductions from clients, prospects and business relationships.
• Act as a revenue growth driver, primary relationship steward, lead strategist and complex problem solver.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and active Florida insurance license (2‑20).
• Prior B2B sales experience with consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
• Proficiency with Agency Management Systems.

Additional qualifications that are a plus:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (specialization in Risk Management highly preferred).

• Proven track record in the development of new clients and retention of existing relationships.
