Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative!
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with motivated business owners who contact us seeking marketing solutions. You won’t be cold‑calling strangers or pushing unwanted products. Instead, you’ll build relationships, recommend the right strategies, and play a direct role in helping entrepreneurs succeed while building a rewarding, high‑income career for yourself.
With over 2,500 inbound leads every week, you’ll have a steady pipeline of opportunities from day one. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a competitive environment, and wants unlimited earning potential.
Schedule- Full‑time in‑office position
- Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm with a 1‑hour lunch
- $25 per hour
- Paid training
- Supportive new hire commission plan that transitions to a long‑term structure after 120 days
- Uncapped commission. Successful closers earn $100,000 – $200,000 per year
- At 90 days: eligible for up to a $6,000 salary increase; additional $6,000 increases at 6 and 9 months (up to $70K base)
- Performance‑based pay with no ceiling for top performers
- Weekly games award $200–$500 to top producers
- Over 40% of our sales reps earn six figures
This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If:
- You prefer account management over actively pursuing new business
- You are uncomfortable making a high volume of calls each day (100+ calls/day)
- You are looking for a low‑pressure sales environment without performance goals
- You prefer working independently with minimal customer interaction
- You struggle with handling objections or asking for the sale
- You are not motivated by commission‑based earnings and performance incentives
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in new client acquisition
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume sales environment
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Basic math skills for quoting, pricing, and discussing campaign investments
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven office environment
