We are seeking an Automotive F&I Account Executive to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL. The role focuses on servicing current accounts with coaching and development, promoting the UDS/BBDS brand, building new dealer relationships, and ensuring the success of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Grow production with current accounts through dedicated coaching and development visits per the assigned service cycle.
  • Prospect for new dealer relationships and client acquisitions.
  • Conduct sales meetings, compliance audits, and monthly/quarterly/annual F&I reviews.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of profit‑center and competitor products and services.
  • Assist with new account kick‑offs and F&I pay and incentive plan design and implementation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealership personnel.
  • Collect competitive information and pass it to the profit‑center “Product Specialist” for analysis, archiving and distribution.
  • Maintain organized and current contact information within the profit‑center CRM.
Market Expectations
  • Territorial assignment with a minimum growth of contract count of 7% annually.
  • Expected growth will rise through expert coaching, development, and new dealer client referrals.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of automotive retailing experience.
  • Three (3) years in dealership management with verifiable references for management skills.
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to drive personal or rental vehicle for periodic travel.
