Rapidly growing company in Clearwater, FL looking for a Partner Success Manager for our Marketing Technology Division.
Who We ArePCM Integrations is the marketing technology division of Postcard Mania, where we combine powerful automation with real-world marketing—like direct mail you can trigger from a CRM or platform. We integrate with software companies, CRMs, and marketing tools across the country and help them generate more value by mailing smarter, faster, and easier than ever.
As our Partner Success Manager, your mission is to increase revenue from our current partners by helping them drive more mailing volume through their client base. You'll engage directly with our software/CRM partners, bring dormant accounts back to life, and get creative with how they promote direct mail.
Responsibilities- Proactively reach out to partners via phone, email, and Linked In to encourage more usage.
- Create simple promo assets, video walkthroughs, and mini-campaigns to help them market mailing to their users.
- Learn our automated direct mail solutions and confidently demo them when needed.
- Coordinate partner webinars upon request.
- Represent us at trade shows (or fly solo when needed) and generate leads.
- Constantly strategize ways to help partners drive results—and track your success by how much new revenue your actions create.
- Base salary: $43k+ (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus structure: Earn bonuses tied directly to revenue generated.

- Occasional travel required for trade shows and events.
- Performance-driven with a sales or marketing-minded approach
- Confident communicator—phone, in person, email, and video
- Strong understanding of marketing and automation (or hungry to learn)
- Organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Creative thinker who brings ideas
- Willing and able to travel for trade shows when needed
