Youwillactasatrustedadvisortoresidentialandcommercialclients,helpingthemprotecttheirproperties,lowertheirutilitycosts,andenjoypeaceofmindthroughourcomprehensivepreventativemaintenanceprograms.
Thispositionisprimarilybasedinouroffice,focusingonhigh-volumephoneoutreachandinboundleadconversion.
However,youwilloccasionallystepoutintothefieldtomeetface-to-facewithkeydecision-makersattheirresidencesorplacesofbusiness.

- Membership Acquisition:Proactivelyreachouttoexisting,past,andprospectiveclientstopresent,promote,andsellourHVAC,Plumbing,and Electricalmaintenanceplans.
- B2B&B2CLeadCultivation:Identifyandbuildstrongrelationshipswithourthreeidealclientsegments:individual homeowners,property managers,andHOAboardmembers.
- In-Office Sales&Consultation:Conduct high-qualityphoneconsultations,effectivelyhandlingobjections,explainingcoveragebenefits,andclosingagreements.
- Field Presentations:Occasionallytravellocallytoconducton-site presentations,meetwithpropertymanagers,orattendHOAmeetingstosecuremulti-unitorcommunity-widemaintenanceagreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partnercloselywithourservicedispatchersandfieldtechnicianstoidentifymaintenanceplanopportunitiesuncoveredduringroutineservicecalls.
- Database Management:Accuratelytrackleads,pipeline stages,andfinalizedagreementswithinourCRMsystem.
- Proven Sales Experience :Minimumof2yearsofexperienceininsidesales,account management,orbusinessdevelopment(experienceinhomeservices,propertymanagementsales,orwarrantyplansisamajorplus).
- Exceptional Communication:Strongphonepresencewiththeabilitytospeakconfidently,listen actively,andbuildquickrapportwithdiverseaudiences—fromanindividualhomeownertoacorporatepropertymanager.
- Strategic Thinker:AbilitytounderstandtheuniquepainpointsofpropertymanagersandHOAs(e.g.,budget predictability,asset preservation) andtailoryourpitchaccordingly.
- Self-Motivated:Agoal-orientedindividualwhothrivesonhittingsalestargetsandmaximizingcommissionpotential.
- Mobility:Mustpossessavaliddriver’slicenseandreliabletransportationforoccasionallocaltraveltoclientlocations.
