Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities. This individual will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, navigating complex business challenges, and closing impactful deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional who excels at building strong relationships and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will help shape market strategy, expand brand presence, and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
This role will be salary but with a 15% commission bonus structure!

- 3+ years of experience-Engineering or Business degree
- Deep expertise or connections in Aviation industry
- A robust network of industry contacts ready to be leveraged
- Experience with international business development and partnerships
- Strong Negotiator with closing skills
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities through market research and industry insights
- Proven experience generating new leads, pitching services, and closing deals
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including creating proposals and delivering client-facing pitches
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track pipeline activity and report on performance metrics
- Ability to stay informed on industry trends and represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities Existing network or book of business with potential clients
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) to manage pipeline and client relationships
