Job Overview

West Coast Power Sports is the region’s premier powersports dealer. We are hiring a passionate, results‑oriented Sales Associate with experience in powersports, automotive, or RV dealerships.
Expected earnings potential: $50,000–$100,000 annually.

• 5‑day work week
• Hours open 9 AM – 6 PM (no Sunday hours)
• Weekly base salary of $400.00
• Commission paid weekly

• CFMOTO motorcycles, ATVs, and side‑by‑side vehicles
• Suzuki motorcycles and ATVs

As a Sales Associate you will greet customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and close sales. You will also maintain showroom appearance, meet sales goals, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Current or prior experience in powersports, automotive, or RV dealership sales.

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Bi‑lingual skills are a substantial advantage.
