SMB Account Executive

Account Executive (SMB) – Cybersecurity SaaS

Clearwater, FL | Hybrid

We're looking for sales professional to join a global cybersecurity SaaS company used by over 70,000 organizations as an Account Executive. This is a great opportunity for an SDR/BDR or AE ready to step up into a full‑cycle sales role, managing accounts and driving new business.

• Promote and sell a leading security awareness and human risk management platform
• Identify and close net‑new customers within an assigned territory
• Build and manage a pipeline through cold calling, networking, and high‑level prospecting
• Reactivate lapsed customer accounts alongside new business development
• Articulate product value and help prospects understand the impact on their security posture
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Represent the company at trade shows as needed
• Follow up on marketing‑generated leads to build pipeline
• Negotiate pricing within established guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, demos, and tasks in Salesforce

• 1–3 years sale experience at a software/SaaS company
• Proven track record of sales success
• Familiarity with IT security concepts and practices
• Experience with Salesforce and Gmail
• Security+ or Network+ certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
• A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
• An outgoing, personable style; this team thrives on energy and doesn't take itself too seriously
