• Strong phone presence and the ability to close quickly and confidently.

• Coachable, competitive, and self-driven with thick skin and relentless follow-up.
• Must live within a 40-minute commute of Clearwater, FL 33762 (or plan to relocate).
• Fluent English and Spanish preferred.

• Base pay: $19–$20/hr depending on experience.
• Uncapped commissions + bonuses + residual revenue.
