The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales skills of our team members, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a Sales Coach, you will be responsible for developing training programs, providing one-on-one coaching, and ensuring that our sales staff is equipped with the necessary tools and techniques to excel in their roles.

• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to individual sales representatives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with management to create a supportive learning environment.
• Facilitate role-playing exercises to simulate real-life sales scenarios.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration among sales staff to achieve collective goals.

Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm with an hour for lunch
