The BDC Internet Sales Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound digital leads, converting online inquiries into showroom appointments, and supporting the sales team in closing vehicle sales. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internet customers, using phone, email, text, and video communication to build relationships and drive traffic to the dealership. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, tech‑savvy, phone skills, and has strong sales and follow‑up skills.

• Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally, ideally within minutes.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, texts, and use video communication to qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments.
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls, chats, and inquiries about new/used vehicles, pricing, features, and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and present suitable vehicle options.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, notes, and follow‑up tasks in the CRM system.
• Follow up with unsold prospects through structured campaigns to re‑engage them.
• Collaborate closely with the sales floor team by handing off qualified appointments and providing customer details.
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle specifications, incentives, and financing options.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointments set, shows, and sales.
• Update and maintain online vehicle listings and photos when required.
• Participate in training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and BDC processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $ per year
