• GWM management experience will be beneficial.

• Knowledge of the car market and trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meets dealership goals, KPI’s and risk compliance.
• Achieve dealer and OEM budget/targets.
• Train staff in accordance with Brand, policy and policy.
• Effectively manage departmental daily activities.
• Builds customer confidence and close deals.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Staff recruitment, management and counselling.
• Engages in business development.
• Addresses customer concerns.
• Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
