Responsibilities
- Process GSA certifications and other paperwork
- Analyze client accounts and documents
- Effectively communicate via telephone/E-mail during application process
- Communicate on a regular basis with staff at all levels of USFCR’s programs, and departments as well as its clients to build effective relationships
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), General Services Administration (GSA) schedule, and other regulations, as required
- Prepare, review, and evaluate cost proposals, contracts, and subcontracts and other bid documents, as well as other agreements required within contract awards
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Monitor daily reports to ensure proper movement of certification
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2 years of experience working closely with clients in an administrative setting
- GSA processing experience preferred
- Proper grammar and vocabulary skills are a must
- Display strong communication skills, written and oral
- Excellent prioritizing, time management, organizational skills, to effectively manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking skills
- Maintain Confidentiality
- Independent and self-motivated
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Highly proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM
