High-Volume Recruiter — Outside Sales (Beauty Industry)

Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)
Mane & Weft is building a national outside sales force in the luxury hair and beauty industry, and we’re looking for a high-energy recruiter who can move fast and recruit nonstop.

What You’ll Be Doing- Recruiting outside sales reps who sell directly to hair salons
- Sourcing candidates daily through job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
- Screening and moving candidates quickly into onboarding and training
- Recruiters who have hired outside sales, commission-based, or door-to-door reps
- People who thrive in fast-paced, high-attrition environments
- Self-starters who don’t need structure to perform
- Individuals comfortable hiring based on hunger, drive, and presence—not perfect resumes
- $55,000 base salary
- Startup energy with real growth

- Work closely with experienced sales leadership in the beauty industry.
