A homeowner reaches out because something about their bathroom is no longer working for them. It may be outdated, difficult to maintain, or no longer safe and comfortable. Your job is to listen, learn what they need, and help them take the next step.

Clearwater Shower Bath is hiring a friendly, dependable Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for homeowners considering a bathroom renovation. You’ll provide helpful information, coordinate an in-home consultation, and make sure every customer feels comfortable and prepared before their appointment.

You’ll work from our Clearwater office as part of a supportive, energetic team. Throughout the day, you’ll respond to new homeowner inquiries and continue conversations with customers who are still considering their options.

Some homeowners will be ready to schedule immediately. Others will have questions or need additional guidance. You’ll adjust your approach, provide a helpful experience, and keep each conversation moving forward.

• Welcoming new homeowners by phone and text
• Learning what they want to improve about their bathroom
• Asking thoughtful questions about their needs and priorities
• Explaining our company and remodeling process
• Coordinating convenient consultation times
• Making sure everyone involved in the project can attend
• Sending confirmation texts and emails
• Following up with homeowners who need more time
• Maintaining clear and accurate customer records
• Helping the team keep appointments organized and prepared

You’ll receive training and coaching to help you understand our process, communicate with confidence, and grow within the position.

• Full-time, W2 employment

Sales or appointment-setting experience is helpful, but it is not the only path into this role. We’re willing to train someone with the right personality, work ethic, and desire to grow.

As an Appointment Coordinator, you’ll introduce customers to that experience. The care you put into every conversation helps create better appointments, stronger customer relationships, and successful bathroom projects.
