• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience using computers, CRM systems, office software, or business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and availability details
• Manage orders and coordinate delivery expectations
• Build strong customer relationships to increase retention
• Support onboarding of new customers
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Assist sales team members with customer needs
• Help promote excess inventory through customer sales efforts

• Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, retail sales, or office administration experience is preferred.
• Experience using CRM software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, or sales management tools is beneficial.
• Knowledge of order processing, quoting, product support, or business-to-business sales is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, communication skills, initiative, and a customer-focused attitude are well positioned for success as a Inside Sales Representative.

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity throughout the workday.
