Security Officer - Flex Resort Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $19.90/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, staff, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a hotel and resort location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest disturbances, noise complaints, medical calls, and fire or alarm notifications.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of guest areas, lobbies, meeting spaces, back-of-house corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or suspicious behavior.;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, assisting with key control, lost and found reporting, and coordination with property staff as needed.;
Document patrol activities, incidents, and guest interactions in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
