Security Officer - Part-Time Gatehouse

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control entry and exit at designated points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, and directing guests and deliveries to the proper location;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; identify unusual activity and report concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including access disputes, unauthorized entry attempts, and disruptive behavior;
Complete required documentation such as access logs, visitor records, incident reports, and shift activity reports in accordance with client and Allied Universal requirements
