Security Officer Patrol Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with hotel or resort personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, amenities, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and report maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and policy violations according to post instructions;
Complete routine reports and document incidents, patrol activity, and guest interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines
