Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, trailer yards, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries entering and leaving the location, following post orders and access control procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and/or transportation staff regarding rules, directions, and security-related concerns while supporting order throughout the location
