The Security Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Clearwater, FL, responsible for overseeing the safety and security of guests, team members, and property assets. This role includes managing daily security operations, monitoring access control and surveillance systems, and coordinating response to incidents, emergencies, and safety‑related concerns. The Security Manager develops and implements security policies and procedures, conducts regular inspections and risk assessments, and ensures compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Daily tasks involve scheduling and supervising security staff, training team members on safety protocols, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining detailed incident reports and documentation.

• Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including access control, surveillance monitoring, and incident response.
• Candidates should possess Security Management skills, such as policy development, risk assessment, staff supervision, and emergency planning.
• Candidates should possess Information Security skills to help protect sensitive guest and company data and support secure operational practices.
• Candidates should possess Cybersecurity and Network Security skills to identify vulnerabilities, support secure systems, and coordinate with IT teams on protections.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in hospitality or property security management, knowledge of safety regulations, and familiarity with incident reporting tools.
• Beneficial qualifications include certification in security or safety (e.g., CPP, PSP, or similar), strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
