Job Description

You will complete general maintenance repairs, diagnose issues, and support unit turns to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment. This role is ideal for a tech with strong HVAC skills and multifamily experience.

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Pay: $21/hr

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Certification Required: EPA Type II or Universal

Bilingual preferred

Job Responsibilities

• To diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues
• To complete work orders and preventative maintenance
• To support unit turns and ensure make-ready standards
• To follow safety procedures and maintain compliance
• To interact professionally with residents and staff

Required Skills

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Experience in multifamily or residential maintenance
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• Ability to complete work orders independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with property management maintenance systems
