HVAC Service​/Sales Technician

Depending on experience and skill set, you ll earn $80,000 to $200,000 per year and can receive sales commission from service recommendations meaning the skys the limit. Additionally, experienced technicians with 5+ years of experience are eligible for a signing bonus

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with heating and air conditioning equipment
• Repairing residential and light commercial systems
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Maintaining professional customer communication
• Providing equipment upgrade and replacement recommendations when appropriate

• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver s license with an insurable driving record

• NATE certification
• 5+ years of experience - eligible for sign-on bonus
• "Service MVP" experience
