The Motorcycle Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair and service maintenance of motorcycles and ATVs, while following Company guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root of problem.
- Ability to identify proper tools and equipment needed for repairs.
- Willing and able to communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding the status of repair orders.
- Highly professional, organized, and dependable.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including Saturday.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, follow directions and meet goals.
- Maintain and uphold safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years related technician experience in the powersports industry required.
- Formal training in motorcycle mechanics program highly preferred.
- Factory certified from Yamaha, Sea‑Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki highly preferred.
- Unrestricted valid Florida driver license with motorcycle endorsement required.
- Clean driving record.
- ASE certifications preferred.
- Excellent work history.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
