Training

and Career Path – Flee Tec Academy

We are proud to announce open enrollment into our next Flee Tec Academy class. The Academy is a paid educational program that leads to becoming a full‑time Diesel & Trailer Technician. We pay you to attend, provide free education on diesel fundamentals, tools, and give you a stipend for meals and a weekly paycheck.

Students complete four weeks of full‑time classroom training at our Academy campus, with travel expenses, hotel accommodation, and stipend covered. After the classroom phase, you will pair with a Lead Technician for hands‑on training and receive a full‑time job offer with us. You may be sent back for further study periodically, and upon successful completion of the full multi‑year program you will be a certified Diesel Technician, plus you keep the tools.
