Service Technician III

General Services Corporation has provided first‑class service since 1971. As a Service Technician III, you will support residents in maintaining and improving their living spaces.

Eligible for $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as needed to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

• At least three years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
• HVAC installation experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Passing a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skills.
