At Blair’s Air Conditioning & Heating, we know that top-tier installers and field leaders are the backbone of our business. We are currently looking for a HVAC Field Installation Supervisor who knows the trade inside and out, can lead a crew with authority, and knows how to talk to homeowners.

• Pre-Qualified Leads Provided: You don't need to do cold outreach or door-knocking. We supply warm, qualified leads with homeowners who actively need new equipment.

• Earn What You’re Worth:If you have sales experience, you can increase your salary with an 8% commission rate.

• Solid Support Structure: Fully stocked warehouse, dedicated dispatchers, and top-tier field crews ready to back you up.

• Manage the Job Site: Oversee daily residential HVAC installations, making sure crews follow local mechanical/electrical codes, safety protocols, and Blair’s quality standards.

• Lead the Crew: Mentor, train, and support installation technicians to help them work efficiently and boost their trade skills.

• Keep Projects on Track: Serve as the direct liaison between sales, dispatch, the warehouse, and installers so jobs start on time and finish on budget without missing parts.

• Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Perform job-site audits, step in to help resolve complex technical issues during installs, and perform final walk-throughs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Then meet with inspectors or perform virtual inspections to get a pass.

  Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience (retrofit and replacement).

• Leadership
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to lead installation crews both on phone and in person when needed.

• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of residential airflow, ductwork design, electrical wiring, refrigeration, and local building codes.

• Clean Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Tool-Ready & Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills, a professional attitude with homeowners, and a strong work ethic.
