To learn more, visit  are seeking a skilled and highly motivated HVAC Technician to support the operation and maintenance of HVAC and facility mechanical systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining production uptime by ensuring HVAC, compressed air, ventilation, and related building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, and a proactive approach to preventive and predictive maintenance. This position requires the ability to respond quickly to equipment issues, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility. Description Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize HVAC and facility mechanical systems to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations;

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment, including air handlers, RTUs, chillers, pumps, motors, VFDs, ventilation systems, and associated controls;

Respond rapidly to equipment failures and production-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency;

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and equipment life cycle;

Conduct daily inspections of HVAC and supporting facility equipment;

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system failures and implement effective corrective actions;

Support manufacturing operations by maintaining appropriate temperature, humidity, ventilation, and air quality conditions;

Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and repairs;

Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to prioritize work and support production schedules;

Participate in root cause analysis investigations and continuous improvement initiatives;

Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental requirements, and regulatory standards;

Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions to management;

Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning projects;

Participate in emergency response and on-call support as required.

Requirements Authorized to work in the US;

Qualified to pass a security screening and medical examination;

High School Diploma or equivalent;

Journeyman HVAC/R License or equivalent trade certification preferred;

Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance…
