• Applying and smoothing out drywall compound to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
• Ensuring precise measurements and cuts for accurate fitting of drywall sheets
• Taping, sanding, and finishing surfaces to achieve a seamless and polished appearance
• Repairing and patching damaged or uneven surfaces
• Working closely with fellow team members, your role will involve collective efforts to ensure timely project completion while upholding our stringent quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Proven experience as a Drywall/Finisher or similar role
• Proficiency in using drywall tools and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Paying close attention and being really careful to make sure the finishing work is done just right.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and handle heavy materials
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
