The Child Protective Field Support Analyst, known as the "brain," supports Child Protective Investigators by reviewing abuse hotline investigations, providing real-time consultation on case assessments, safety planning, and service referrals in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. The role involves coaching investigators, ensuring quality documentation, collaborating with community partners, and serving as a subject matter expert in child protective investigations while reporting to the Family Safety Program Office.
KeyQualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 2 years of experience as a Child Protective Investigator
- Trained and practicing in Florida's Safety Practice method
- Current/Active Child Welfare Certification credentials from the Florida Certification Board
- Valid driver's license and operational private vehicle
