Quality Improvement Specialist

What YOU WILL DO

• Conduct quality program reviews
• Prepare monitoring reports
• Assist and support programs to identify areas of needed improvement and best practices
• Ensure Corrective Action Plans external and internal are developed and submitted; monitor the process to ensure completion of the corrective action plan
• Review all significant incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor compliance with accreditation standards and regulations that are required by the agency and assigned programs
• Assist the Director in funder related activities including audits and meetings
• Other duties as assigned
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with two 2 years experience working in a human services field
• In place of a degree relevant multiple years of experience may substitute
• Computer literate and competent in using Microsoft Office Suites Share Point
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift andor carry office supplies files etc up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to travel to meet the needs of the programs
• Must have a valid drivers license with current auto insurance coverage
