Responsible for assisting the manager of the Tampa Bay Community Corrections/Residential Re-Entry Center (TBCCC/RRC), thereby ensuring that services provided via direct case management and via supervision of assigned program counselors/case managers are in line with the Department of Corrections (DOC) Work Release Program. The intent of the services is to assist the resident with:

• Entering and adjusting to the DOC Work Release Program;
• Providing counseling and education for addictive behavior and life skills; and
• Preparing the resident for return to society.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in in the delivery of services to residents, offenders, or inmates in the care, custody, or supervision of a federal, state, or local criminal justice system. Four (4) years of additional experience in the delivery of services to residents, offenders, or inmates in the care, custody of a federal, state, or local criminal justice system may be substituted for the Bachelors’ degree.
