Our office is located in Feather Sound
, offering a convenient, centralized location for those in the Tampa-Saint Petersburg-Clearwater Area. This is an on-site role with one optional remote day each week, designed to support strong collaboration and fast iteration.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with keen technical instincts, product awareness, and the ability to build high-quality modular systems. You will work across our .NET backend and React frontend, contribute to reusable platform-wide components, and influence the design and evolution of multiple SaaS products within our growing product suite.

This is a hands-on engineering role with high ownership, solving real customer problems and helping shape the direction of modern, component-driven platforms.

Build & Deliver Innovative, High-Quality Software

• Design and implement features using .NET
  , C#,
  React
  , and Type Script
• Build maintainable APIs, services, modules, and UI components
• Contribute to our shared component libraries that power multiple SaaS products
• Work within our modular monolithic architecture
• Help identify areas where microservices are justified and valuable
• Influence system design, code quality practices, standards, and engineering guidelines

Contribute to Product and Platform Evolution

• Collaborate with product leadership to refine requirements and propose technical approaches
• Build solutions that can be reused across new client engagements and SaaS lines
• Help define engineering patterns that scale as we grow the team

Elevate the Engineering Team

• Mentor other engineers and help establish best practices
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Improve our tooling, developer experience, and velocity over time

What We Are Looking For

Technical Expertise

• 8+ years of modern software engineering experience
• Strong command of C#, .NET (6+), EF Core, Web APIs
• Proficiency with React, Type Script , and modular UI patterns
• Experience designing scalable backend systems (monolithic or microservices)
