From loading and unloading vehicles to finalizing paperwork and handing over the keys, you'll make the moment unforgettable.

• Operate a two-car hauler to deliver vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Load, transport, and unload vehicles at designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Facilitate home delivery transactions, including paperwork and customer handoff.
• Provide outstanding customer service, interacting with customers and team members professionally.
• Perform condition checks and verify vehicles meet Car Max cosmetic standards before delivery.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to maintain safety and operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with company requirements.

• 21 years of age or older with a valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Class B CDL preferred; additional state‑specific endorsements may apply (e.g., Illinois Class C, Indiana “For Hire”, Louisiana Chauffeur’s License, Mississippi Class D Commercial).
• Clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points in the last three years.
• 1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of delivery driving experience or Car Max experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a manual transmission, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must possess or obtain a DOT Medical Card within 28 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with adherence to Car Max policies and safety standards.
